ENERGY FOR A DAY – PROGRAMME
We are poor at taking time off to nourish our bodies. And yet, all of us have a need to do this, regularly. The following is a touch program for one day only.
ARRANGING THE DAY
If you have a family farm it out to someone else or, if you can’t do that, arrange a sitter and borrow a flat, or rent a hotel room for yourselves. In order to feel energised, there must be no threat of interruption.
Take your time over waking. Snuggle, spoons fashion for at least 15 minutes. Savour the sense and smell of each other. If you normally leap out of bed first thing and throw back the drapes, don’t.
After eating a light breakfast and visiting the bathroom, sit opposite each other, close together and lightly stroke each other, with a circling action. Avoid the breasts and genitals and spend at least 15 minutes on caressing. Take a brief break, then repeat for another 15 minutes. After completing this first stage lie quietly together in the spoons position, enjoying each other’s closeness. Listen for each other’s heartbeat.
Sit opposite each other again and stroke once more, only this time include the breasts. Continue to leave the genitals out. Then rest again.
Continue with massage but this time include the genitals, drawing the fingers around and underneath them, lightly but lingeringly. This is not meant to end in orgasm. Then rest again.
Massage again, on this occasion spending at least an hour on genital stroking. Then take a five minute break. Now lie motionless, with her on top and your penis in her vagina until your erection subsides. Then rest in the spoons position again.
Repeat the last stage, only, on this occasion, take it to its ultimate conclusion. Done, at a relaxed pace, the programme can last the day. You may want to include a light lunch somewhere in the proceedings. And if you find part of the afternoon is free, go for a walk together. But stay apart from the rest of the world until the evening.
